Your username will have been sent to you in an email when you registered.
Your password will have a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 25 characters and include at least three of the following: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers or special characters.
Your password cannot be your username nor can it be the same as one of your 24 previously used passwords. A password cannot be changed within two calendar days of the last change.
Your memorable word will have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 characters and will contain only characters and numbers. Memorable words are not case sensitive.
